Located in Vanier along the St-Charles River, the Quartier des rivières is a real estate complex that is fortunate to welcome senior clients in a warm environment. We are currently looking for a person to fill a night beneficiary attendant (PAB) position to do summer replacements. The person must have their Law 90 training.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: a night shift
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
