POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Located in the heart of the new Solar district in Brossard, Jazz Brossard has the pleasure of welcoming a golden clientele, independent or losing their autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home.
Permanent full-time day position, 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Change light bulbs in the common areas
- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs
