POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and cooks in their tasks. They participate in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cut and peel vegetables and fruit, plate dishes, prepare meal carts, and participate in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team.
Permanent, full-time position with flexible hours every other weekend.
