POSITION DESCRIPTION:
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Analyze client needs
- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
- Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
- Follow up with clients
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Interact with clients, suppliers and residents
- Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
- Maintain good relationships with the residents
- Maintain the different registers
- Make appointments
- Manage customer inquiries
- Prepare information packets for customers
- Prepare rental contracts
- Promote activities to the residents
- Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
- Support the general manager in his duties
- Writing letters/documents and performing other clerical tasks
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Knowledge of Hopem is a plus.
