POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for an accounts receivable clerk to be part of our great team in Brossard! Young and dynamic, our team offers you a great working environment.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out the calculation, preparation and processing of accounts receivable invoices
- Enter leases into the system - Hopem
- Make adjustments to customer accounts daily
- Make deposits and collections daily
- Process lease renewals before due dates
- Reply to emails
- Work closely with other departments within the company
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- 3 to 5 years of job-related experience
- Bilingualism both oral and written
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software
- Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
