Internal and External Sales Consultant

lôtures Directes Inc. is a manufacturing company specializing in fencing products. Its mission is to offer customers the ability to purchase what they need, when they need it, at affordable prices.

The company is experiencing strong growth and is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Internal and External Sales Consultant to welcome clients at our Châteauguay office, assist them in finding what they need to complete their projects, and sell the appropriate products. We are looking for a professional capable of quickly learning and retaining knowledge about fencing products.

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our Châteauguay location in selecting the products required for their fencing projects

• Recommend relevant upselling opportunities to ensure customers have everything they need and that products meet their expectations

• Manage the full sales cycle of each project

• Learn product functionalities and industry standards to properly advise customers on best installation practices

• Assist other team members with transactions when needed

• Represent the company at 2–3 trade shows annually

• Business development

• Perform other related tasks

• Provide excellent customer service

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (BBA)

• 4+ years of experience in direct or internal sales

• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service

• Excellent knowledge of products and services to be promoted

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to work from different store locations when required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Persuasive communication skills

• Good stress management

• Hours per week: 40 hours

• Employment status: Full-time

• Salary: $62,400/year (depending on experience)
