What you’ll do (and love!)

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and a warm attitude
  • Answer calls and manage appointments
  • Meet patients during information sessions and present our services
  • Prepare surgical files (no boring routine!)
  • Draft medical and administrative documents
  • Support the team during busy periods
  • Contribute to internal and external communications
  • Assist with billing and basic accounting tasks
  • Manage files (scanning, filing, organization)

Profile Required
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Strong customer service experience with a clear understanding of patient needs
  • Proactive attitude, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow
  • Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with various digital tools and systems
