QA Tester

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

• Analytical - able to analyze range of scenarios, business and technical requirements related to ISO messaging
• Presentation - able to articulate and present findings
• Training - Provide training to the internal team, external stakeholders and support staff to understand the adoption
• Communication - can communicate changes effectively
• Testing - Coordinate and conduct testing/review activities to ensure the accuracy, reliability of ISO messages across different environments
• ISO 20022 Experience:
o Expert understanding of ISO 20022 messages, usage, conditions, elements and their occurrence in a message (mandatory vs optional)
o Able to explain each line/element in an ISO message
o Able to explain dependencies for the usage of each message
o Expert in usage and navigation of the swift portal ISO 20022 resources/specifications/translation portal
o Expert in MX-MT and MT-MX translations
o Experienced in Local Market infrastructure ISO adoptions and changes
o Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations including understanding the latest updates and versions of the standard
o Create and maintain documentation related to ISO including technical specs, user guides, and best practices
