Under the supervision of the Showroom Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the client in his process of choosing flooring and purchasing ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, carpets, installation products, advising them on the products that meet their needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in welcoming customers to the showroom, answering calls and emails;
- Plan the design of the client's project based on constraints and needs;
- See to the reservation and/or transfer of merchandise, create quotes and purchase orders in the P21 computer system in accordance with established procedures;
- Ensure close monitoring of outstanding orders under his responsibility;
- Provide unparalleled customer service, communicate the arrival of equipment and any discrepancies or problems to the customer independently;
- Work in collaboration with colleagues from other sectors for all aspects related to customer service, preparation, shipping, as well as invoicing of orders;
- Act as a leader in the development of sales in his sector, ensure that sales objectives are met through concrete actions in collaboration with his manager;
- See to the development of his technical knowledge by regularly participating in training and by searching for information independently;
- Ensure regular monitoring of the samples available in the showroom, contribute to their preparation as a team on displays and samples (including orders, reception and management of price change labels);
- Participate in team meetings, in the continuous improvement of its processes;
- Contribute to the organization of promotional events;
- Maintain a clean and distinguished environment for customers.
