Research Assistant 2 - Brain Health Imaging Centre-camh

Position Description
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Research Assistant 2 to join the Brain, Body, and Perception Research Program. This lab is conducting several clinical neuroscience research studies to understand relationships between brain functioning, brain structure, and behavior, across psychiatric disorders and in individuals with gender dysphoria. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, the Research Assistant 2 will be responsible for assisting with recruiting and enrolling study participants, conducting screening interviews, collecting data, performing data entry and assisting with data analysis, supporting the management of databases and study documentation, assisting with the preparation of reports and study documentation, supporting literature and database searches, assisting with the preparation of manuscripts and presentations, participating in planning meetings, providing support to other research members, as well as assisting with presentations, grant applications, research ethics board submissions and manuscripts. This position is located at 250 College Street.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have three (3) years of Community College with a background in health or social sciences, or related discipline, combined with one year of relevant experience.
