IMG Operations plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing operational Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) systems and processes to meet the evolving needs of CAMH stakeholders. This role supports executive decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IMG portfolio.

The primary role of an Operations Specialist is to support the Manager, IMG Operations in delivering high-quality operational and administrative services across the Information Management Group. This role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the smooth execution of operational processes that support IMG’s strategic and service delivery goals. The Operations Specialist also plays a key role in tracking performance, supporting governance and communication, and contributing to departmental planning and reporting.

The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have excellent capacity for self-directed learning/working, and require minimal supervision. You will support and contribute to a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
