Description
The Clinical Care Program is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Occupational Therapist to work on the Downtown West Clinic - FACT Team. This outpatient team is client-centered and provides clinical services based on recovery principles for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, predominantly schizophrenia and concurrent disorders. Using an inter-professional team approach, clients are provided with psychiatric and discipline specific assessment; linkages to community supports and services; clinical case coordination; community support; and individual counseling.
