Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO, www.youthhubs.ca) is a network of 32, Integrated Youth Services networks that currently operate in over 40 communities, where young people ages 12 to 25 years have walk-in access to youth-centered, community-based mental health and wellness services. YWHO engages youth, family members, service providers, and other partners through a co-creation process, enhancing the relevance, acceptability, and youth friendliness of services. The hubs are provincially consistent in core features and locally led and adapted to offer and connect to a range of evidence- based services-mental health care, substance use health services, primary care, education, employment, housing, peer support, family support and care.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Manager of Operations who will contribute to the planning, development and implementation of key projects within the YWHO portfolio and across the YWHO network, including financial reporting, implementation of program-wide Standard Operating Procedures and the YWHO Strategic Plan. The Manager of Operations will be expected to effectively collaborate and work in partnership with stakeholders across the YWHO Provincial Office, YWHO hubs across the network, as well as Finance, People & Experience, IMG, Facilities and other teams across CAMH. The ideal candidate excels at managing portfolios of strategic projects and enterprise priorities, demonstrating strong operational and strategic thinking, execution abilities and working collaboratively with interinstitutional partners. They communicate complex issues with clarity, effectively synthesizing large volumes of information, and thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments with competing priorities. They show leadership without formal authority and bring strong facilitation, relationship building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The candidate has experience working collaboratively with external partners, and internal partners including finance, HR, procurement, education, legal, and capital planning teams, along with a solid background in budget oversight and internal controls. The candidate has experience driving change; identifying opportunities for improvements and successfully implementing changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. They promote a culture of collaboration, equity, diversity, and workplace wellbeing. Technically, the ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. This position is located at 80 Workman Way, in Toronto.
