Description
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is harnessing data to improve outcomes and drive business decisions. Measurement-based care (MBC) plays a pivotal role in enhancing mental health care at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). By systematically collecting and analyzing data from patients, MBC enables CAMH clinicians to track progress, tailor treatment plans, and make informed decisions about patient care. This approach not only ensures that interventions are evidence-based and effective but also fosters a patient-centered approach, where treatment is customized to individual needs. Ultimately, MBC at CAMH empowers both clinicians and patients, leading to improved outcomes, increased accountability, and a stronger commitment to delivering the highest standard of mental health care. CAMH is a leading mental health hospital dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are committed to using data-driven insights to continuously improve our services and enhance patient outcomes. We are seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Data Quality Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data related to Measurement Based Care.
Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Business Intelligence, the Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for applying the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) data quality framework to assess and enhance data quality specific to Measurement Based Care at our mental health hospital. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data analysts, and IT professionals, to identify data quality issues, implement data quality improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of data integrity.
