We are seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Data Quality Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data related to Measurement Based Care.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Business Intelligence, the Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for applying the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) data quality framework to assess and enhance data quality specific to Measurement Based Care at our mental health hospital. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data analysts, and IT professionals, to identify data quality issues, implement data quality improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of data integrity.

Desired

• Domain knowledge in medical data preferred (integrated healthcare and ontological schema)

• Proficiency and proven experience with ontology engineering and semantic technologies

• Experience with RDF, OWL, JSON-LD, SHACL and SPARQL

• Experience with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch), graph databases, graph traversal and NoSQL databases

Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
