Job Description
  • LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (Laravel) is crucial for this role.
  • Experience with Java, Node.JS, & Kafka is required as team is transitioning into an API solution & more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the LAMP stack, with a strong focus on Laravel (PHP).
  • Guide the team through the transition to API-first architecture, leveraging Java, Node.js, and Kafka for event-driven and microservices-based solutions.
  • Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs, ensuring performance, security, and
  • Design and oversee the development of microservices and Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Ensure seamless integration between legacy systems and new microservices.
  • Drive best practices in cloud-native development, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management in an Agile environment.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and technical debt.
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Promote automation in testing, deployment, and monitoring to support CI/CD pipelines.
