Description
We are seeking a talented and user-centric Angular Engineer to join our Front Office Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the user experience for a self-service orchestration platform on AWS. This platform empowers quantitative researchers, data scientists, and analysts to independently build and manage their workflows.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the interface of a high-impact internal platform from the ground up, ensuring it is intuitive, responsive, and tailored to the needs of sophisticated financial users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for a self-service orchestration platform on AWS.
- Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end-users to gather requirements and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components using modern frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript.
- Ensure consistency in design language, usability, and branding across the platform.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Optimize performance and responsiveness of the UI across devices and browsers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development, preferably in enterprise or financial applications.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and design systems.
- Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native application design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
