Your expertise will help drive product excellence and ensure seamless integration of complex RF systems.

Your Role
  • Collaborate with engineers to design, test, and troubleshoot new hardware/software radio systems.
  • Prepare and maintain lab environments, integrating both hardware and software components.
  • Connect and prototype digital and analog RF designs into functional systems.
  • Lead the integration of new products, ensuring they meet functional and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and implement calibration and performance optimization procedures.
  • Define and execute test coverage plans for product integration and validation.
  • Automate testing and validation processes using scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB.
  • Analyze test results, identify design improvements, and influence future product development.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A Master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications Engineering (or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and integrating radio products.
  • Hands-on experience with RF engineering and lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
  • Familiarity with 3GPP standards and wireless communication protocols.
  • Proven leadership in guiding RF engineering teams and managing complex radio development projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, C++ preferred) and scripting in MATLAB.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
