We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple workstreams for a strategic initiative with our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across multiple streams
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, client teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor program performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure timely reporting and communication of program status to senior leadership
- Drive governance and compliance with client’s standards and frameworks
- Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks to ensure program momentum
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with major Canadian banks is a strong asset
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is an asset
