Are you passionate about digital transformation and implementing high-performing ERP solutions? We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of exciting projects.
As a senior analyst, you will play a key role within a multidisciplinary project team. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, Commerce/Sales, Project Operations, MES, PLM). You will also support users through acceptance, deployment, and post-implementation phases.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document user requirements and draft functional specifications;
- Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, Project Operations, etc.);
- Lead workshops and guide stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Plan and execute functional testing, support acceptance and deployment phases;
- Participate in change management initiatives and provide user training;
- Ensure post-deployment support.
