Are you looking to start or grow your career in ERP and develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O? We are seeking a motivated Junior Functional Analyst to contribute to the implementation and optimization of our business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in analyzing user needs and drafting functional specifications;
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, Programming, Production, HR);
  • Collaborate in the development of prototypes and present them to business teams;
  • Document processes and implemented solutions;
  • Assist users during testing and deployment phases;
  • Contribute to change management activities and provide post-implementation support.

Requested skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or AX2012;
  • Knowledge of configuring modules in Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, Production, and HR;
  • Ability to analyze business processes and draft functional documentation;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and strong interpersonal abilities;
  • Results-oriented, team player with strong organizational skills.

Assets

  • Experience with the Project Accounting module;
  • Participation in a full Dynamics 365 F&O implementation lifecycle;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
