As the Administrative Assistant, you will support the Plant Manager at our CALO facility. Your responsibilities will include entering orders into the system, providing general administrative support such as scanning documents, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Main duties and responsibilities.

  • Enter orders in the system;
  • Respect norme et procédures;
  • Clerical work ( scanning, organizing documents, etc. );
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the team.
