Location: Office in North York, Servicing the GTA & Surrounding Towns.

Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (bonus opportunities available) $18-$30/hr

Canadian Asphalt Maintenance, a division of Canadian Property Stars, is seeking experienced Line Painters to join our skilled crew. If you’re reliable, take pride in precise work, and want to be part of a supportive and fast-paced team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Paint parking lot lines, curbs, arrows, stencils, and other surface markings

• Measure and lay out markings accurately using industry-standard tools

• Operate and maintain line painting equipment

• Ensure job sites are completed cleanly and professionally

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in line painting is required!

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overnights

• A valid driver’s license is not required, but reliable transportation to job sites is essential
