THE ROLEThe Training Manager, Deployed Operations will plan, coordinate, manage and deliver training programs for Deployed Operations as well as conduct need assessments and assess business-training objectives to develop training programs and learning objectives.
The Training Manager, Deployed Operations will liaise with all levels of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) organization to determine training requirements as well as determine curriculum and ensure teaching materials and outlines for training are in accordance with deployed operation standards
The Training Manager, Deployed Operations will develop and deliver ongoing training for the Deployed Operation program to ensure program is current.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline AND several years of experience in training and development
Experience
In designing, developing and delivering training and development programs
In administering training programs
In personnel administration
In on-line training applications
In deployed operations
In project management
In interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulations
In conducting presentations
