THE ROLEReporting to the National Manager, Business Applications Services, the Service Delivery Manager acts as the System Owner for Workday, leading the Digital Capability Team responsible for the operation, stability, and ongoing evolution of the platform in steady state.
This role is accountable for ensuring Workday is reliable, supported, secure, and continuously improved once capabilities are live in production. The focus of the role is operational service delivery-not project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field AND 7+ years of experience in a related field AND 3+ years of people leadership
Experience
In business relationship management.
In digital service delivery and sustainment.
In managing live enterprise digital solutions, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
In leading teams accountable for application configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support.
In building and maintaining capability roadmaps and release plans.
In delivering using a prioritized continuous or incremental delivery model end-to-end.
In contract and vendor management, including consulting services.
In understanding, researching, and delivering business requirements and strategy.
In Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quote (RFQ) processes.
In budget administration.
In personnel administration.

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
