THE ROLEAs the Manager, Business Intake & Governance within the Chief Operating Office, you will serve as the central point of collaboration for all new and changing business requests. This role ensures requests are consistently captured, assessed, coordinated, and advanced through appropriate governance, costing, and approval pathways.
This position plays a critical role in enabling the organization to respond effectively to growth, new programming, and evolving service demands while maintaining enterprise alignment, transparency, and control.

Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field AND some years of progressive management experience in a related field or relevant industry

Designations, courses and/or licenses in a related industry, as required

In identifying, documenting, and reporting on risk management action plans

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of 6 April 2026 and end date of 31 March 2029.
