THE ROLE

In this role, you will:
Plan and execute complex projects that align with organizational priorities
Design and champion change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and policies

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field AND some years of progressive management experience in a related field or relevant industry

AND

Designations, courses and/or licenses in a related industry, as required

Experience

In planning, evaluating, and implementing business/operational plans, projects and programs

In identifying, documenting, and reporting on risk management action plans

In developing, researching, analyzing, interpreting, implementing and applying policies and procedures

In interpreting and implementing relevant legislation and regulations

In developing and delivering presentations and communications

In developing training

In data governance and quality assurance

In providing advice and guidance

In project management

In change management

In analyzing and evaluating performance targets and measures

In stakeholder relationship management

In budget administration

Competencies,Skills and Abilities

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

English or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a temporary position with anticipated start date of December 8, 2025, and end date of March 30, 2029.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
