THE ROLEWith a mandate to lead the enterprise business so Divisions can focus on operational excellence, the office of the COO is the glue that holds operational and enabling Divisions together. Working in a small team under the directorate of enterprise strategy and programs in the office of COO, this position will be key in enhancing cross divisional relationships in the area of performance analytics. In particular, you will help bridge the gap between strategy formulation and performance reporting.
Aligned with enterprise strategy, you will help enhance and operationalize the performance measurement framework, and you will contribute to the development of standards, tools, and templates for enterprise adoption. Specific tasks could include implementing the overall framework, identifying SMART performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, developing dashboards and scorecards, and contributing to quarterly and annual reports.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline AND some years of experience in data analysis, data science or a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
