THE ROLEThe Museum Administrative Clerk: sets up and/or maintains manual and computerized information filing systems; responds to enquiries; forwards to the appropriate person, as required; maintains records of donations, and correlates with Revenue Canada tax receipts.
The Museum Administrative Clerk also: orders office supplies; services office equipment and arranges for servicing as required; prepares, keys in, edits, and proofreads correspondence, invoices, presentations, briefings, reports and related material; and completes other tasks required by their Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma
Several years experience in administration or a related field.

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
Around 25 hours per week.
