THE ROLEUnder the direction of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Military Family Services Data Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and analysing data requirements within Military Family Services.
They will manage data collection, conduct statistical and data analysis, and apply policies and regulations as required. They will resolve data issues and report performance indicators that track key initiatives as directed by their supervisors within MFS. They will coordinate data activities to support activities and initiatives aimed at supporting families through military challenges like relocations, deployments and transitions, specifically in relation to increasing their access of critical services such as child care.
They will engage with other staff within MFS and CFMWS to action a network of support required to enhance the operational readiness of military members and the well-being of their families.
As a valued staff member within MFS, they will be accountable for ensuring they deliver on strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field AND some years of experience in application implementation, data analysis, database design or a related field
OR
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field AND several years of experience in application implementation, data analysis, database design or a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
As part of the selection process, the successful candidate must successfully complete a Reliability status security screening.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of January 26, 2026 and end date of October 31, 2030.
