THE ROLEAs the Golf Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Driving Range, such as purchasing, sales, membership sales, equipment rental, course usage, merchandising, media advertising and staffing. You will supervise employees, ensure the training of employees and prepare employee work schedules, verify and enter hours into the applicable payroll program, as required. You will also monitor equipment, organize maintenance and initiate repairs for damaged equipment as well as perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND several years of experience in retail sales or a related field

In preparing sales reports
In personnel administration
In maintaining databases and filing systems

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

This Category I unionized position is open to all interested parties. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for NPF Category I employees at CFB Kingston.
