THE ROLEAs a Fitness Evaluation System Support Coordinator, you will provide timely support to CAF and PSP personnel who use the software and hardware associated with FORMeFIT (fitness evaluation system applications). This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in both English and French, as you will assist users across Canada and some internationally through ServiceNow tickets, email, and Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, and calls).
In addition to troubleshooting software and account-related issues for a variety of user roles, you will support the preparation and deployment of new FORMeFIT kits, maintain the existing hardware fleet, and perform basic hardware repairs or component replacements as required.
You will monitor and communicate emerging trends, escalate issues when necessary, and provide recommendations to the core FORMeFIT team. The role will also involve collaborating with additional colleagues across CFMWS, the CAF, and external vendors to ensure effective product support and program delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, AND some years of experience in providing support and advice relating to fitness evaluation testing systems or in a related field

High school diploma AND several years of experience in providing support and advice relating to fitness evaluation testing systems or in a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
