Parts Advisor

YOUR MISSION

As a Parts Advisor, your mission is to guide our clients toward THE perfect solution for their parts needs.
You’ll be the hero behind the counter. If you have a knack for finding the right part and love building strong relationships with customers, this role is made for you!

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE

•Parts Management: You’ll handle parts ordering based on dealership inventory.
•Warehouse Management: You’ll manage the warehouse – receiving all incoming shipments, recording the data in the system, verifying and updating inventory records, and organizing products within the warehouse.
•Customer Service: You’ll assist customers with their questions and choices to meet their needs—whether at the counter, over the phone, or by email. You’ll also keep records up to date with repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts.
•Delivery Management: You’ll organize orders for shipping, delivery, or daily pickups. You’ll also be the main point of contact for returning unclaimed or obsolete items to suppliers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You’ve got 1–2 years of experience in truck parts under your belt
• Ideally, you come from the automotive, heavy machinery, RV, or agricultural sectors
• You hold a CPA card, that’s a big plus!
• You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written, to navigate our systems and training from our partnership with Daimler
