Claims Analyst – Hybrid | Bilingual (French/English)

A leading not-for-profit organization is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their Quebec program team. This hybrid role is ideal for a bilingual professional with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys working with invoices, financial reconciliations, and member audits.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and approve claims and invoices for Quebec and PEI programs
- Verify quantities, pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
- Conduct audits for French-speaking members in Quebec, ensuring compliance
- Issue audit results, communicate findings, and support follow-up billing
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to operational efficiency
