Reporting to the S&OP Manager, the Team lead - Production planning ORV is responsible for ensuring optimal alignment between production plans, manufacturing capacities, market demand and organizational financial objectives.
In this role, the Team leader plays a key function in the S&OP process by ensuring the consistency and robustness of the plans. He/She also oversee the optimization and the maintenance of global inventory levels.
The Team leader actively contributes to long-term capacity planning (LTCP) and acts as a strategic partner to various functions. At the same time, he/she leads and develops the ORV production planning analysts team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:
S&OP cycle:
Mobilize and develop the ORV analyst team, driving engagement, performance and collaboration
Oversee the development of production plans, ensuring their operational feasibility and alignment with sales forecasts, capacities and financial objectives
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D and logistic teams, as well as internal and external partners, to influence decision-making in a complex matrix environment
Develop and leverage complex data analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive overall performance
LTCP:
Translate demand forecasts into realistic and executable production plans for ORV
Proactively identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks and propose mitigation solutions
Contribute to defining the strategic investments required to support long-term growth

Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a proven ability to structure complex information to support strategic decision-making

Excellent business acumen and strong influencing skills, enabling effective engagement of stakeholders at various organizational levels
Engaging leadership style with the ability to develop talent, fostering accountability and strong team performance
Relevant experience in production or demand planning, or in supply chain management
Proven experience in team management, with the ability to engage and develop talent
Understanding of manufacturing dynamics, ideally in a multi-site environment
Experience collaborating with high-level stakeholders
Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written
