We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor and HRBP who wishes to contribute to the BRP story by discovering and integrating the best talent to help us execute the Mission 28 plan. If you enjoy a challenge and aren't afraid to think outside the box to achieve your goal - read on!

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Under the supervision of the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to the following tasks:

  • Build a pool of candidates using various research methods and develop expertise in the industries targeted by your candidates.

  • Identify recruitment strategies for skilled trades and day labourer positions in the operations sector and manage the overall recruitment process.

  • Monitor and be at the forefront of our recruitment tools to attract the best talent.

  • Optimize the use of social media in our recruitment strategy.

  • Strengthen our ties with various educational institutions and propose appealing workforce training programs based on our BRP recruitment needs.

  • Participate in special projects and improvements to our recruitment process.

As an HRBP, you will:

  • Implement practical and creative actions to meet operational needs while taking employee interests into account.

  • Participate in the smooth operation, growth and maintenance of our unique labour relations model.

  • Support the Operations team and employee representatives in managing labour relations files.

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition for production positions.

  • A university degree in a related field or other relevant experience.

  • The ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships with various partners.

  • A strong sense of autonomy.

  • Fluency in French and English would be a great asset.
