DOO Studio is BRP’s global internal creative and production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary content production experts, DOO Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channel content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation.

The DOO Studio Producer plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the production process for integrated marketing campaigns and projects. Working hand in hand with the Brand, the Producer acts as a single point of contact to ensure a successful execution of the marketing content production. The Producer is responsible for executing all production aspects of smaller to bigger scale assigned productions to bring the vision to life, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with accurate execution.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Main tasks include:

  • Budgeting

  • Ressources allocation & management

  • Overseeing creative development (when applicable)

  • Comms & relations with Brand (presentations & follow-ups)

  • Comms & relations with Vendors

  • Production execution (shoot, post-prod, etc)

  • Handling legal & regulatory requirements

Detailed tasks include:

PRE-PRODUCTION (prep, casting, location scouting, user experience design, etc.)

  • Interpret and confirm assigned briefs for all aspects of assigned productions

  • Evaluate initial creative concepts and define deliverables

  • Assess project feasibility, timelines and budgets

  • Select and assign production management/coordinators, prod and pre-prod partners, and aligns with Asset Adaptation Coordinator for the assignment to partners or internal talents

  • Develop a plan for the production and for the execution of assigned productions, including performing feasibility checks, sourcing locations and supplies, negotiating with talent, vendors, and partners, securing appropriate usage rights, and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Ensure production agreements are correctly executed and that all expected deliverables are included in the contracts

  • Budget Oversight: Monitors project budgets, make cost-effective decisions, and report on financial performance to management/brands

  • Ensure key stakeholders are provided with regular updates to allow for feedback, ensuring timely approvals and visibility across assigned productions

  • Proactively identify, flag, and escalate potential risks related to assigned productions to key stakeholders, with clear recommendations on possible solutions

  • Administer the complete budget of assigned productions, from purchase order creation to budget breakdown and invoicing submissions, and wrap up in a timely manner to ensure accurate monthly budget tracking and on time payments for talent, vendors, and partners

  • Ensure all permits required for production (access, insurance, travel) are requested and delivered in their right form

PRODUCTION (shoots, interface design, fabrication, etc.)

  • Produce production schedules and call-sheets to ensure a seamless production; anticipate and solve any issues or potential issues in advance

  • Support talent, vendors, and partners and tactically supervise the creative process both remotely or on set, ensuring produced assets meet business requirements

POST PRODUCTION (editorial, visual effects retouching, development, etc.)

  • Delivery supervision: responsible for following the appropriate approval process by acting as a link between the teams and the client.

  • Follow up with the post production team to ensure quality control before final delivery

DELIVERY (correct files/formats, launch, maintenance, etc.)

  • Ensure all final files are delivered on time and in the right formats, as assessed in the pre production planning

  • Proceed to the closing of the project according to the established process.

  • Ensure adhesion to media management and organization
