The OMEGA Implementation Project Manager participates in the development of the implementation strategy and the development of BRP's future global PAV distribution center. Working with the manager, you will oversee the development, creation, optimization, and implementation of BRP's future distribution center.
By efficiently leveraging our supply chain, the Project Manager constantly seeks to improve service while reducing costs. Prioritizing multiple requests from various stakeholders, leading and influencing partners, and adapting to a highly dynamic environment will be the main challenges of this role.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Provide leadership and collaborate with our 3PL and service providers to improve solution implementation;
- Manage the project budgeting/forecasting process and implement cost mitigation strategies as needed;
- Establish a network of value-added external partners to introduce new concepts to the company;
- Coordinate the work performed by a multidisciplinary team associated with project delivery.
- Facilitate various workshops to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Enhance our customer service promise in line with BRP's brand positioning and the evolving competitive landscape;
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain project management in similar industries (automotive, consumer goods, spare parts, etc.)
- Proven experience in distribution center development projects
- Skilled in leading supply chain optimization projects, including the implementation of associated systems
- Skilled in applying best practices in project management
- Good knowledge of the SAP environment
- Proven ability to operationalize the strategic plan to achieve the company's desired profitability objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively and promote ideas at various levels of the organization, including senior management
- Considered a passionate leader, focused on people, organizational development, relationship building, and change management
- Organized and analytical, focused on improving processes and maximizing system capabilities
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions, think laterally, and propose creative solutions
