We’re seeking a Product Owner, Knowledge & Content Platform to own and evolve our internal and dealer‑facing Knowledge Center as a strategic self‑service product. This role sits at the intersection of business, content, and technology, with a clear mandate: improve team productivity, and dealer autonomy, increase confidence in self‑service, and reduce avoidable support cases.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across Aftersales and engineering to ensure content accuracy while maintaining strict publishing guardrails.

  • Leverage analytics from Salesforce, Coveo, and case data to continuously optimize search relevance and identify content gaps or redundancies.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs and delivers measurable value.

  • Lead evaluations of new capabilities and assess their feasibility, cost, and expected impact to build the tool of the future.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Communicate effectively and align cross‑functional stakeholders while challenging and improving existing ways of working

  • Are familiar with Salesforce, Coveo, or similar enterprise content and search platforms

  • Effectively manage external vendors and internal technology teams to deliver measurable value
