Description
We are looking for a Parts, Accessories and Apparel Analyst who will resolve complex issues related to shipping, orders and delivery for our dealer network and internal teams.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Assess and process all forms of critical requests.
Act in the best interest of the dealer and take the necessary steps to efficiently and effectively fix mistakes related to:
Shipping
Orders
Delivery
Conduct the appropriate research and allocate credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and transport fees.
Provide support to internal teams for all subjects related to shipping, order and PAA delivery.
Work jointly and in collaboration with the purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A basic degree or any relevant qualification.
Experience in customer service with knowledge of order to delivery processes.
Excellent knowledge of the particularities of warehouses, our carriers and our suppliers.
Bilingual English/French. Any other language would be considered a strong asset.
Passion for serving our customers and dealers.
An excellent communicator who can adapt easily to different circumstances.
Understanding of the basic operation of a supply chain system.
Demonstrated ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative.
Knowledge of the SAP System and dealer management system will be considered an asset.
