Connectivity includes the creation of mobile applications and the integration of the digital experience with BRP recreational vehicles, as well as the intelligent use of collected data. Your role will be to propose innovative concepts that provide added value for our customers, dealers, and internal teams. Your mission: lead the strategy, quality, and growth of the connected mobile application within BRP's digital ecosystem.
As a Manager, Mobile Experiences and Release Management, Connectivity, you lead the strategy and roadmap for BRP's connected mobile application. You ensure the quality, consistency, and value delivered with each release. You are the anchor between the product, design, QA teams, and internal partners to maximize reach and user satisfaction. You identify opportunities for growth and partnerships to enhance the user experience.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Define the strategy and roadmap for the connected mobile app.
Ensure consistency in design, user experience, and customer journeys.
Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (product, QA, UX, deliveries).
Establish testing, validation, and delivery communication processes.
Collaborate with brands, customer support, and the distribution network to enhance the visibility and adoption of the mobile application.
Identify new growth opportunities (partnerships, value-added features, integrations).
Take responsibility for the success of delivery management, quality assurance (QA), and release performance phases.
Track and analyze key indicators (NPS, mobile crash rate, adoption, rating store).
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
10+ years of experience in mobile product management and/or delivery management, including the supervision of QA teams.
In-depth knowledge of iOS/Android ecosystems, App Store/Play Store, and continuous delivery practices.
A strong sense of design, quality, and user experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership focused on collaboration, clarity, and value delivery.
The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or who are unilingual English speakers on a daily basis. Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
