As Global Brand Creative Lead, you will play a key role in defining, evolving, and protecting the Can-Am 3-Wheel Vehicles and Can-Am Motorcycles brands worldwide. You will help shape brand identity, ensure a strong and consistent presence across all channels, and support the narrative that brings our brand and products to life.
Reporting to the Global Brand Strategy Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the annual global marketing and communications plan. This includes overseeing content strategy and creation, activating brand ideas at all scales, and ensuring a cohesive, end-to-end customer journey.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management, strategic thinking, and a hands-on mindset to deliver against Can-Am’s ambitious brand objectives.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead the MARCOM process;
Support the global content strategy and ensure proactive, consistent execution;
Manage and collaborate with internal and external partners, including our internal studio, to deliver on-brand content and campaigns across all channels, on time and on budget;
Educate cross-functional teams (product development, consumer engagement, sales, etc.) on long-term brand strategy and how their priorities align with Can-Am’s roadmap;
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure business needs are integrated into brand initiatives;
Introduce innovative ideas that elevate the consumer experience while staying true to Can-Am’s brand and values;
Manage budgets related to brand initiatives;
Ensure global brand guardianship.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
8+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, campaign development and execution
Agency experience is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills;
Ability to translate complex inputs and insights into clear, compelling creative briefs;
Critical thinker who questions, challenges, and seeks constructive, new ways of thinking;
Builder mindset, comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity;
Strong passion for brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated campaigns;
Excellent presentation and communication skills;
Proven team player, comfortable working with multiple partners across time zones;
A genuine passion for the ride.
