We’re on the hunt for a sharp and driven Junior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic Internal Audit team. Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor, you’ll play a key role in executing our audit plan while gaining deep exposure to the inner workings of a fast-moving, innovative organization.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Dive into Audit Prep: Help set the stage for successful audits by gathering background insights and supporting documentation.

  • Get in the Field: Roll up your sleeves and conduct fieldwork-testing controls, reviewing transactions, performing walkthroughs, and ensuring compliance.

  • Take the command: Lead interviews, analyze documents, design surveys, and distill findings into sharp, actionable summaries.

  • Spot What Others Miss: Use your critical eye to identify gaps, surface risks, and propose smart, value-added recommendations.

  • Work Across the Business: Partner with different teams to deliver audits that drive cross-functional improvements.

  • Build Real Relationships: Engage with stakeholders and colleagues to foster trust, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

  • Keep Leveling Up: Actively pursue learning opportunities and bring new knowledge back to the team.

  • Stay Agile: Support audit management with special projects and new challenges as they arise-no two days are the same.



YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, business intelligence, or a related field that fires you up.

  • Bonus points if you hold (or are pursuing) a CPA or CIA designation.

  • Around 2 years of hands-on experience in auditing, process optimization, quality control, operations, accounting, or business analysis-you’ve been in the action and know how to make things better.

  • Strong grasp of auditing/accounting principles, business processes, and how organizations tick.

  • Comfortable navigating management systems and tech terminology - you get how systems support business goals.

  • Familiarity with risk management and control frameworks - you know where the cracks could form.

  • Sharp eye for details and a nose for fraud red flags - you spot what others miss.

  • Data-savvy: you can analyze, interpret, and translate complex information into actionable insights.

  • A natural problem solver who stays calm and resourceful when things get messy.

  • Tech-fluent: you're skilled in Excel, audit tools, and other business software that keeps your work sharp and organized.

  • A confident communicator, both written and spoken in french and in english - you present ideas clearly and listen actively.

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and builds strong relationships across the board.
