International Business Planning Analyst

We are looking for an International Business Planning Analyst who wishes to grow their career in an innovative environment that offers diverse opportunities for professional development while joining a dynamic, collaborative and passionate team. You will play an active role in sales planning and dealer order strategy for international markets. You will also leverage your analytical and business intelligence skills to support strategic decision making.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define and implement order intakes strategies for international markets.

  • Coordinate, standardize and optimize international order management processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across regions.

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for international teams on all matters related to order management.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses and provide strategic recommendations based on business needs.

  • Play a key role in powersports vehicle planning processes, working closely with Product Managers and Market Specialists.

  • Participate in sales target setting and the development of the five-year volume planning strategies.

  • Develop and maintain sales reports and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant position would be considered an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Great technical ease, particularly with the use of Excel.

  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA and PowerBI would be considered an asset.

  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French).

  • International experience would be considered an asset.
