Internal Sales Representatives USA, PAA

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will report to the internal sales manager, and who’ll be tasked with helping our dealer partners drive their retail business. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s growth. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging and advising our dealer network on best practices.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Analyze and leverage data to influence the commercial activities of a select group of dealers to deliver unit sales and growth plans, meeting financial objectives.

  • Present sales programs and guide dealers toward ordering and maintaining the product line-up representation required to deliver growth.

  • Advise and partner with dealers on best practices while also supporting dealer certification efforts.

  • Implement a structured call agenda driven by wholesale and retail priorities; develop and maintain business relationships and support dealers through regular calls.

  • Serve as the dealer’s principal resource and contact for our business partner with respect to program questions or concerns.

  • This position is based in Sherbrooke, Canada with occasional travel (5%) as required.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 2 plus years of experience in Sales or Account Management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to set priorities and objectives to adapt to situations in order to reach target goals.

ASSETS:

  • Dealership or powersports experience.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration).

  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.

  • A results-oriented person who is always looking to surpass expectations.
