Description
We are looking for an Industrial / Transportation Designer to join an international team of advanced-concept creators shaping the future of mobility. Working in our state‑of‑the‑art design studio, you will imagine and prototype forward‑thinking concepts that redefine the user experience. You will craft innovative design visions that seamlessly blend with our vehicles-functionally, aesthetically, and emotionally.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and participate in early‑stage brainstorming sessions, identifying latent consumer needs and transforming them into meaningful design directions.
Plan and conduct qualitative design research, taking initiative to observe, question, and learn from users and context.
Build mockups, conduct user testing, and iterate quickly to ensure design intent is anchored in real‑world insights.
Communicate compelling and empathic stories-ones that demonstrate humanistic value and strong business potential-through visuals, narrative, and strategy.
Develop efficient and expressive 2D design material: sketching, Photoshop, Illustrator, and hybrid media to establish a strong project vision.
Explore, express, and refine concepts using 3D tools (Blender) to define architecture, gesture, and volume in early phases.
Execute high‑quality surface modeling and follow projects through to Prototype stage, ensuring fidelity to advanced‑concept intent.
Generate inspiring, ergonomic, and technically innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of mobility experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, to champion design integrity throughout development cycles.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design (Product or Transportation Design).
A strong interest in recreational, mobility, and transportation experiences-how they work and how they should evolve.
Proven ability to conduct design research and turn findings into actionable design opportunities.
Strong 2D skills (sketching, Photoshop, Illustrator) with the ability to quickly convey direction and lead project vision.
Proficiency in Blender for conceptual exploration and early 3D architecture development.
Advanced capability in surface modeling with the rigor to bring concepts toward Prototype readiness.
High creative potential paired with strategic, human‑centered thinking.
An awareness of emerging trends in mobility, product design, assembly systems, and manufacturing processes.
Do you have other qualifications? Tell us what is unique about you that would be a great addition to the team.
