Global Digital Strategist (Temporary, 12 months)

We are looking for a Digital Web Strategist who will report to the Digital Web Team Leader to work on the elaboration of digital strategies that enhance customer experience and conversion on our websites. You will be part of the team responsible for the digital product strategic vision, growth and roadmap. Identifying the business needs & opportunities and converting it to design to leading the development, deployments and continuous improvement.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Collaborate with digital experts from various backgrounds that will advise you on UX/UI design, data analytics, SEO, web development, customer experience, CRM and more!
  • Lead diverse digital strategies ranging from global new product launches to tool and customer flow optimizations aligned with business goals.
  • Work in a dynamic fast paced environment, expand your digital knowledge by working with different experts from all around the world.
  • Promote the strategy practice within the organization and provide training to other teams within the department to improve processes and apply industry best practices
  • Perform market watch and share insights on what is going on in other companies, on other websites and other technologies to represent strategic vision for websites.
  • Monitor results and outcome: Establish, monitor & improve team and web performances to align strategy and further positive impact on user experience.
  • Define a clear strategic vision for each product & program, in collaboration with the rest of the strategy team.
  • Be a key player in delivering on business objectives and priorities while also acting as a strategy expert providing your expertise in various projects and requests from other teams in the marketing department.

  • Business oriented: Understand the impact of various digital products on the business, measure results and present strategic recommendations to support goals & objectives.
  • Adaptability: Curious and always looking for new business opportunities, able to navigate in a complex multi stream business environment.
  • Communication: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working harmoniously with multiple teams, especially to translate a product functionality into a business/user impact.
  • Data-Driven: You are able to highlight the key insights from market research and data analysis and use them to drive your strategies. You understand the difference between a KPI and a metric and can deliver a monitoring plan for your projects.
