Description
We are looking for a Global BRP Ride Coordinator, reporting to the Team Leader, Global HR Services - Canada, to manage the BRP Global Ride program, which is a benefit offered to managers at all of our sites worldwide. This program provides this group of employees access to BRP recreational vehicles, enabling them to act as ambassadors for our products and have a positive experience.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Participate in the global management of BRP Ride program operations.
Coordinate the ordering of vehicles and their delivery in collaboration with dealers.
Maintain the program and rigorously oversee the Ride BRP inventory. Ensure vehicle compliance with the laws of different countries, including insurance, registration, self-certification, taxable benefits, and trail passes.
Ensure high-quality customer service by responding effectively to various requests from employees, managers, and dealers.
Continuously improve existing processes and the experience offered to participating managers.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A diploma of college studies (DCS) or bachelor's degree in administration, or equivalent.
Strong analytical capacity, meticulousness, a structured approach, and autonomy in managing operations.
Excellent proficiency in both French and English. The requirement for English language proficiency is necessary to work with various global collaborators.
Good customer orientation and a heightened awareness of service.
Exceptional multitasking skills and a strong ability to manage time and priorities.
The chosen candidate will be able to work from the Montreal, Valcourt or Sherbrooke offices.
