Flat Rates Coordinator

The Flat Rates Coordinator is responsible for managing, analyzing, and building a delivery plan to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with service pricing standards. This role involves close collaboration with technical, financial, and commercial teams to support the service strategy and optimize profitability.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Attend technical presentations on upcoming technologies and products

  • Work closely with technical documentation specialists to define what the new procedures should be and tie it with the workshop activities

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to plan efforts for the coming year and create the scheduling and planning

  • Ensure images are created to match the appropriate job and vehicle

  • Create, adapt and follow the flat rates delivery schedule

  • Provide visibility on the progress and build contingency plans

  • Prioritize activities according to the department production schedule or reveal dates with the workshop

  • Coordinate with the supplier for entering data into SAP and transferring this data to the dealer website

  • Lead process improvement projects (automation, relationship between parts/procedure/time, corrections, AI etc.)

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree or DEC in mechanical engineering (or other related training) with relevant experience

  • Experience with a recreational product dealership is an asset

  • Experience and knowledge of customer service and/or warranty is an asset

  • Very good skills for planning, prioritizing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously to provide a service to our network that lives up to BRP experiences

  • Adaptability, resilience and efficiency despite uncertainty

  • Be an enthusiastic team player, passionate about vehicle repair and the value of the maintenance cycle

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments

  • Ability to navigate and understand electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings and bill of materials

  • Have good listening and analytical skills in order to understand our audience
