Description
We are looking for an Electrical Technician, reporting to the SSV Chief Accessory Designer, to assist us in designing and integrating electrical requirements with vehicle engineering. In this role, you will have a major impact on the development of new electrical accessories on our new and existing platforms.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Create the logic for electrical harnesses (electrical diagrams);
- Ensure that electrical harnesses comply with market standards and vehicle type;
- Support the workshop in the assembly and diagnosis of electrical accessories;
- Collaborate with the accessories and vehicle engineering teams;
- Work in collaboration with expert suppliers;
Produce the modeling and technical drawings required for the manufacture of electrical harnesses.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Demonstrate ingenuity;
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team;
- Recognized as a person who takes initiative;
- Communicate effectively in French and English in order to interact with our collaborators and partners outside Quebec;
- Use software such as Catia V5 or Solidworks;
