The Global Retail Experience team has an opportunity for a Retail Environment Coordinator to provide the rider with an exceptional customer experience, regardless of which dealership they choose to do business with, through a BRP-branded retail environment.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Work directly with dealership staff to :
Promote BRP’s retail environment vision
Understand their dealership space and implement BRP retail environment into their showroom.
Influence the look and feel of their exterior building.
Coach on best practices
Provide after-sales support
Leverage the Dealer Certification program and our Operation Standards to increase leads for Retail Environment projects throughout the Dealer Network.
Coordination of multiple vendors to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality align with the BRP brand.
Collaborate with team members and related departments to elevate the dealer experience.
Document projects and complete administrative tasks to ensure reliable data.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strong project coordination, attention to detail, and budget management/reporting
Effective communication, ability to articulate and relationship-building skills are critical
Time management, the ability to prioritize, and to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are a must
Proactive, creative problem solver, and collaborative team player
Focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience with a retail and growth-oriented mindset is essential
University Degree in Business, Communications or Arts
Proven track record of project coordination, sales, and/or brand implementation
Powersports Industry experience and/or corporate retail experience preferred
English is a must. Bilingualism is an asset (EN / FR / SP)
